We hope to involve the  community in every phase of development while creating a neighborhood for diverse, mixed-income families and individuals.  Existing home owners in the deteriorating neighborhoods will be encouraged to improve their properties and Real Estate Agents will be encouraged to show available properties to young professionals moving to the area.   We will assist homeowners with new designs and show them how to revitalize to the highest standards of green building technology including the use of recycled building materials, water & energy conservation, and renewable power from the sun
